Long time no hear of Casio. Only now the Japan-based company has decided to make a public announcement at the launch of two new cameras signature.

We talk about the Casio EX-FC150 and Casio EX-FH25, two models have a sensor 10 megapixel CMOS backlit that doubles the sensitivity of a traditional CMOS sensor. Other new additions include a mode that can shoot up to 40 frames per second. Another novelty is the speed of video recording that reaches 1,000 fps but, yes, to a poor resolution of 224 x 64 pixels. If we opt for a speed of 120 fps the quality of the image is 640 x 480 pixels.

The basic difference between them lies in the optical models for the Casio EX-FC150 carries a 5x optical zoom meantime the Casio EX-FH25 features a superzoom with focal equivalent to 26-520mm and can capture shots in RAW format.

As for the performance of the Casio Exilim EX-G1 in difficult conditions, we are facing a camera waterproof to three meters deep, which resists the bumps and drops up to 2 meters (which is fine) and dusty environments because it is waterproof. It also run smoothly on the snow, with temperatures reaching 10 degrees below zero.

In his photographic features that we can not expect more sanity: his is 12-megapixel sensor, a 3X optical zoom magnification. The most interesting of its spec sheet is the microSD card slot and the role of taking pictures at intervals.

The Casio Exilim EX-G1 will be available beginning next February in red and black with a price of 300 euros.
